Plastic material class

1. PP, PE: Environmentally friendly materials that can be in direct contact with cosmetics and food. They are the main materials for filling organic skin care products. The material is white and translucent. According to different molecular structures, three different degrees of softness and hardness can be achieved.

2. PET: It is an environmentally friendly material that can come into direct contact with cosmetics and food. It is the main material for filling organic skin care products. PET material is soft and natively transparent.

3. AS: not high hardness, more brittle (crisp sound when knocking), transparent color, blue base, can be in direct contact with cosmetics and food. In ordinary lotion bottles and vacuum bottles, it is usually the bottle, but also can be made into small capacity cream bottles. It is transparent.

4. ABS: It is engineering plastic, not environmentally friendly, hard, and cannot be in direct contact with cosmetics and food. In the acrylic cosmetic packaging materials, it is usually the material for the inner lid and shoulder sleeve. The color is light yellow or milky white.

5. PCTA and PETG: environmentally friendly materials that can come into direct contact with cosmetics and food. They are the main materials for filling organic skin care products. The material is soft and transparent. PCTA and PETG are soft and easy to scratch. And not often used to spray graphics, more printing.

6. Acrylic: the material is hard, transparent, the base color is white. In order to maintain a transparent texture, often sprayed acrylic inside the bottle or coated with acrylic during injection molding.

 

 

The types of packaging bottles

1. Vacuum bottle: cap, shoulder sleeve, vacuum pump, piston. Rely on air pressure to use. Matching sprinkler has a chicken beak tip (outside all plastic or anodized aluminum) and a layer of plastic covering the flat head of the duck beak.

2. lotion bottle: consists of a cap, shoulder sleeve, lotion pump and piston. Most of them are equipped with a hose. They are mostly made of outer acrylic and inner PP. The lid is made of outer acrylic and inner ABS.

The interior of perfume bottles are mostly glass and PP.

Glass is used for large volumes because of the long storage time, PP is suitable for small volumes for short term storage. Most PCTA and PETG do not have fragrances.

4. cream bottles: there are outer cap, inner cap, outer bottle, inner liner.

5. Blow molded bottles: mostly made of PET. There are three kinds of caps: Chiffon cap, flip cap and screw cap. Blow molding is the direct blow molding of the bottle blank. Characterized by a raised bottom of the bottle. It is brighter in the light.

6. Blown bottle: the material is mostly PP or PE. the cap is available in three kinds: swing cap, flip cap and screw cap. Blow molding bottle is a process that combines blowing and blow molding, only one mold is needed. The characteristic is that the bottom of the bottle has a glue line.

7. Aluminum plastic hose: the innermost is PE material, the outside is aluminum packaging. And used for offset printing. Cut and rolled up. According to the head of the tube can be divided into round tube, flat tube and oval tube. Price: round tube < oval tube < flat tube
